Cultural figures were awarded in Vitebsk for strengthening ties between Russia and Belarus

On July 17, as part of the Union State Days of the XXXV International Arts Festival "Slavianski Bazaar in Vitebsk," a ceremony took place on the stage of the Summer Amphitheater.

State Secretary of the Union State Sergey Glazyev presented honorary awards to representatives of culture, art, and the media for their significant contribution to the development of cultural and humanitarian relations between the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus.

Rector of the Petrozavodsk State Glazunov Conservatoire Aleksei Kubyshkin was honored with a special diploma for his contribution to the development of international creative cooperation between the peoples of Russia and Belarus in the field of musical arts.
