September 1st – Knowledge Day

On this festive day, a formal ceremony for issuing student ID cards was held at the Petrozavodsk State Glazunov Conservatoire.

Rector of the Conservatoire Professor Aleksei Kubyshkin, Honorary Worker of Russian Federation Education sector and Merited Art Worker of the Republic of Karelia, delivered a welcoming address to the faculty, students, and guests. He encouraged the first-year students to embrace challenges, boldly try new things and remember that every step in mastering their profession is a contribution in their own mastery.

The warm, inspiring atmosphere brought everyone together — both those who are just beginning their creative journey and those who have been serving music for many years.

The very first applicant to submit his documents during the admission campaign, Stepan Matasov, received a commemorative gift.
