The 9th International "Silver Sounds" Festival
The 9th International Festival of musicians playing wind and percussion instruments, instruments of variety orchestra and traditional (folk) wind instruments of the program “Silver Sounds” will take place in Petrozavodsk from March 27th to March 31st, 2019.
